2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Roles and Responsibilities

For Sales Representatives:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in your profile
• Only share verifiable proof of your experience and performance
• Respond professionally to businesses that contact you
• Honor commitments made to businesses you connect with
• Comply with all applicable employment and tax laws

For Businesses:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and compensation information
• Honor payment terms and commitments made to sales representatives
• Comply with all applicable employment and labor laws
• Treat sales representatives professionally and fairly
• Do not use the platform to collect personal information for unauthorized purposes

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Post spam, advertisements, or solicitations unrelated to job opportunities

6. Subscription and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable law.

6.1 Refund Policy

All fees paid for access to the Atlas Remote Sales platform are strictly non-refundable. Because our service is a digital product and access is granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks for any fees paid, including the one-time Sales Representative activation fee and any subscription fees.

By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing immediate digital access to the platform, which is delivered electronically at the point of payment
• Due to the digital nature of the service, all sales are final and non-refundable
• You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer for fees that have already been charged
• Any chargeback initiated in violation of these terms constitutes a breach of this agreement

If you experience a technical issue accessing the platform, please contact us at atlasremotesales@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support is a violation of these Terms.

7. Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of providing our services.

All platform content, design, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Relationships

We facilitate connections between sales representatives and businesses, but we are not a party to any employment, contractor, or other agreements formed through our platform. Any relationships, agreements, or disputes between users are solely between those parties.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of user profiles, job postings, or any promises made by users. You are responsible for verifying information and conducting your own due diligence.

9. General Disclaimer

No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Accuracy of Information

We do not verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or quality of any user-generated content, including but not limited to sales representative profiles, business profiles, job postings, performance claims, testimonials, or proof documentation. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence and verification before entering into any agreements or relationships through the platform.

No Endorsement

The platform does not endorse, recommend, or vouch for any specific user, sales representative, business, job posting, or opportunity listed on the platform. The inclusion of any profile or listing does not constitute an endorsement by us. All decisions regarding employment, contractor relationships, or business engagements are made solely at the users' own risk.

Third-Party Interactions

We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of any users of the platform. Any interactions, communications, agreements, or disputes between users are solely between those parties. We do not mediate disputes, guarantee payment, or enforce agreements between users. Users assume all risks associated with interactions through the platform.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.
